Interaction

I think scratch should be more interactive with the world or at least have a project be able to control out side the box, like the page. ex. shoop de woop beam can shoot the project notes and make them fall to the bottom of the page and make other stuff move like the user projects thing under it.

<Item[ Notes ] , Action [ Fall ] , Interaction? [yes]>

Re: Interaction

Interesting! Now, how do you propose this would work inside the Scratch application itself, where project notes are situated elsewhere?

I also think the uses are quite limited: when on Earth would one ever need to use this, other than for graphical effect? Scratch blocks are generally quite, well, general: this doesn't really fit into the theme of the rest of the blocks.

Nice idea, though!
