I like Sonic characters, including Tails, but currently, such a device is not feasible with current technology. That also has nothing to do with Scratch.

Guys, look at JonathanAllenPugh's profile. He has no projects, no favorites, no friends, and only one post. Most likely the only reason he joined was to ask us about this.
Jonathan, I'm flattered you think us people here at Scratch could manage a project like this. I'm afraid we're still working on it. But you could make Tails come alive- using your imagination. I know that sounds lame but I don't know how else to say it.
