On windows XP I'm trying to make the Guest account into a very useless account i want to:

~ Disable Saving  big_smile  Didn't i tell you i wanted it to be pointless?
~ Disable CMD  tongue  Well - can't have hackers, can i?
~ Block sites  yikes  Surprisingly enough, don't take this the wrong way!

I'm not sure about if you can disable saving. You could block all saving access to the hard drive and only allow external drives (You could block that too).  I would suggest that you have the account restore all changed settings to how it was left (My school did this and it stopped them having to register each machine because each time you start it up it thinks it's the first time it has started).

To block access to a file / program right click on it go to security and choose the account / account types you want to block.

Blocking sites is fun there are two ways. Through a web browser or through a network file located on the computer (Disables all account access even admin).

Programs are easily added. Most main programs add themselves to every account.

Why don't you just do some research on the net for tutorials for the OS and web browsers that you are using.

Find someone post count. Click posts under username. Find number of pages. Times that by 40 for min and 60 for max and you have a rough estimate of post count.
