How come the reply button works 50% of the time. It loads and loads and finally I see my reply, other times it loads and loads and I go away for about 10 minutes letting it load, and I come back and it still has that yellow processing bar that says it's loading.

And i couldn't even see a reply

Could you remind me again what browser/OS you are using?
Also, does this happen during certain time of the day? When did it start? On which projects/galleries did you try commenting?
Thanks

Did you just starting having this problem recently?
Ever since the new processing bar was added (it was added, right? Or was it my updates to my browsers?) replying has been difficult. Sometimes it doesn't let me see them, sometimes I can't post them, and sometimes it is hard posting regular comments too. I see the processing bar, ad I wait usually 10 minutes with no progress on the loading and just decide to leave because it's not doing anything

We tested on MacOS 10.5/Firefox V3 and MacOS 10.4/Firefox V3, but could not replicate the problem.
I'm thinking maybe on slow connections or when the site is slow or after opening a lot of projects things get slow and the AJAX requests time out and the indicator never gets the signal to go away.
It's so hard to replicate the problem!
Do you know if you have a fast internet connection? Is it DSL, Cable or dialup?

Pretty sure it's DSL. And that' weird how you can't replicate it, since it happens so often to me. It says it's Version 10.5.2 (my Mac) if that helps. Though all I did was go to finder and click About his Mac ,which said that, so I don't know if it's saying it's MacOSV 10.5.2.

Bluestribute: OK, we removed the Processing bar to see if it fixes problems. Please close your browsers, clean your cache and help us test in the different browsers. Thanks and don't forget to let us know what happened

I jus twent to a gallery, and now the replies are working fine! I'll keep you updating as time goes on though, but now it's working! Replying to someone, and replying to a reply

It's not working again. On Flock or SeaMonkey or Firefox. It's better, but you still, when typing, have a pretty good chance of having to exit the game or gallery and go back to reply or comment

Bumping this back up for an obvious reason

Every once in a great while the button will actually seem unresponsive, but after a couple of seconds it will load the reply box.

Things usually work for me on SeaMonkey. Flock keeps messing up, though.
