Major Update to my Black Jack game

I had a few minutes to myself today so I updated my black jack game.

Another quick update to this game.

I added a yellow card to indicate when the dealer will shuffle.

They use this in the casinos so the dealer won't deal too deep into the deck.

I also added more talking for the dealer.  He now announces his own hand total as he is dealing himself cards.
