OK, to get so you can modify this image, open with your Scratch image (if you have Scratch installed just click on image)
Shift Click on File
Select Exit user mode
Click on white space that appears
Click on open on the menu that appears
Click on browser

Now you can modify it!

When done making changes, go back and Shift Click on File and select Save image in user mode, and upload to Megaupload or some other file upload place.
