Wait, so blocking can operate on pure suspicion?

No. Blocking of an account happens when two of these things happens:

1. Violation of the TOU, that is, being disrespectful or mean to members of the community via projects, forum posts, comment, etc.

2. Clear connection with the network of a an existing account that is blocked.

In addition, accounts can be unblocked if we reach an agreement with the people involved.

So what was he blocked?

Do you think we should explain the reason why every single account is blocked?

We think that for the most part, the communication between the Scratch Team and the blocked accounts should remain private.

Well, the only clue I've found to turntech possibly being RHY (except FMT's picture, which was later disproven) is his style of graphics.

And just because someone makes a game with good graphics like RHY's doesn't mean they're RHY.
^
That links to an example.

Yep he did... but still graphics are no reason to ban, and FMT did what?

Similarity in graphics or accusations from other people are never the reasons for blocking an account. We always review each case carefully, we analyze our logs and we try to exchange messages with the blocked accounts.

Do not believe everything you read  smile

Don't believe everything I read.. what the heck is that supposed to mean? I believe he's not Rhy, that is my own personal belief, I based it on what I know, not what anyone said. I think that just because he posted one game like one of RHY's doesn't mean he is rhy. I know lots of people who have made games like RHY's, and you didn't ban them. Why is that? RHY hasn't denied that any of his accounts are him in the past, why should he do it now? TTGH is probably not RHY, and even though he slightly bugged me sometimes, I still think he doesn't deserve this.  sad

So TG Was banned because he was rude/mean?

There are multiple ways an account can violate the TOU. Some of them are: being mean, harassing other users, cheating the system (e.g. creating accounts to increase views, love its, or post links to projects), circumventing an existing block, impersonating other users, posting of inappropriate content, creating a hostile environment, etc, etc, etc.

Again, we don't think we should explain the reasons why every single account has been blocked or unblocked.

Okay, then at least tell us, which of those was he doing to deserve getting blocked, if you won't tell us specifically what it was. I think I am supported by many people in saying that TTGH did not deserve getting blocked, unless you can tell us what is is.  neutral

One example: creating multiple accounts to click "love it" in order to get to the front page.

1. You do not know if someone is or not connected to someone else account. Unless you are always with that person seeing everything she or he does.

2. We have not said whether TTGH was blocked because we found it to be connected with RHY or not.

No, he wasn't
And turntech said you guys blocked him for a week, then he emailed you about how you took his game off the front page for some reason (which is sort of similar to this)
After that, you guys emailed him back stating that he was Rhy, and that you would never unban him. And I haven't really heard from him since.
Discussing it in private isn't going to fix anything, you need to get the community involved

No need to be paranoid. Sometimes that happens for a valid reason.

Again, even if your account were to blocked for something like that, which it won't, we can always discuss the specifics and unblock the account. Again, blocks are rarely permanent.

You can decide who to believe. Here is the type of information we have for all the accounts logs:

1. IP address.
2. Dates of every single activity on the site.
3. All projects and comments ever posted.
4. Email communication with IP.

This the information that you are likely to have:

1. Information given to you by the person who was blocked.
