"Unknown Class ScratchToolTipMorph"
So I've been working on a project for a few days now, and it's been going fine. Now, all of the sudden, whenever I try to save it, I get the message "Save Failed: Unknown class ScratchToolTipMorph". What do I do now????

Were you using the Scratch browser or editing the image file at all recently? Otherwise, I'm not sure about the cause of your problem. I'd suggest backing up your projects and reinstalling Scratch.
