What's happening with the 600 second rule?
Every now and then various users have noticed that sometimes when posting a topic it has the 600 second instead of 60! Mods/S-team please explain what's happened!
The following errors need to be corrected before the message can be posted:
• At least 600 seconds have to pass between posts. Please wait a little while and try posting again.
See?

The Scratch Team is just testing out something. It just so happens that sometimes we get bombarded with the 600 second rule instead of the usual 60 second rule
