Well, on a DS you'd be able to type with an on-screen keyboard whenever you tap a text box, and on the Wii, IT WOULDN'T WORK!!!!!
But you can connect a USB compatible keyboard to the Wii.

He did that manually, which is not what I'm covering. I'm talking about the Scratch Team doing it.

Flash did make it?! Not the development tool but you can view flash movies on most mobile devices...
I think you should be able to program on your pc and run on a phone.
