So I'm already thinking about Christmas, and this year I want a decent animation program. Not cheap stuff like Pencil, a program you can actually buy. I have a few ideas but I really don't have a great idea of what's good. No one recommend Flash because we all know my parent's will not be happy when they see how much it costs.
Around $50-100 would be nice. I just want a nice starter program I can use for animations for a while.
Please include the features and stuff if possible. ¡Gracias!

Um, if you just want something really basic, with very few features, 2simple2animate is good to play around on. It's only £5.

It doesnt' run on my Mac, and that looks much "2simple" for me to use. I want one that's for beginners but can also last a while.
*I meant, that beginners can use

I use Scratch, yeah I agree, 2simple is a bit childish.
