Allow Recieve block to accept variables

It is interesting that a variable can be broadcast but can not be recieved.

I dont know whether that could cause some receiving glitches...
that's a great idea for me to edit Scratch and try.

But i'm afraid the mainstream Scratch will never have this  hmm


EDIT
I looked around in the source code for scratch and found this comment:

acceptsDroppedReporters
    "Accept reporter blocks in broadcast blocks but not in 'when I receive' hat block."

    ^ owner isKindOf: CommandBlockMorph

this means the scratch team made it on purpose.
i'll expand and see why  big_smile
