use either Gecko FX or VB.Net to make a web browser. There are plenty of tutorials out there, just google it.

Microsoft's .NET is a total ripoff of a framework. Why not make a web browser that is free for any 32-bit Windows platform without being bogged down with that .JUNK stuff? Everytime I use a .NET application, I have to install that clunky framework to use it. Visual Basic 6 is the way of programming. It is free of framework ripoffs and is really easy to program in.
Ever since Misc was killed, I've pretty much stopped going to Scratch Forums...
