I'm very scared...
I just heard either a scream or a car going out of control.
It's very scary around here, lots of things happen. Once... nevermind.

Anyway, if you didn't hear a crash, it means nothing happened, so what scared you?

Yes, I heard the tires of a car going out of control.
Maybe someone was trying to get run over, but the driver didn't let them do it.

it was probably some loser who floored the gas while pressing the brakes. It makes the familiar screech noise and some guys think it make them look cool.
