What's a phone that can rival the iPhones abilities, in your opinion.

was the Iphone always as ugly? they show the side as being thick and blocky. I've never had a phone, and my parent's phone (yes, they share a phone) Is at least 4 or 5 years old, on a by-the-minute system, and only calls. Not even a graphics screen, just a text display.

my phone with a rotary dial is probably better than your fancy phones with vowels stapled on the front

it always gets reception if its plugged into a landline

I will have a LG Xenon in a few days, it can't rival the Droid X or iPhone 4, but it still has a touch screen (and a qwerty keyboard, which neither the DX or iP4 has).

The Droid X or Droid 2. My old Mythic almost came close to being as cool, but was under-funtional compared to any of these. The Galaxy Tab might be another in the run.

That's not really a phone, although it runs the same Android OS as many smartphones.

droid pro and some other samsung phone are getting flash support now. It's such a useful feature, you'd think apple's app police would at least make an overpriced flash app.
