Thanksgiving

The holiday where people get even fatter is coming up.
So discuss. Where are you going? How much are you going to eat?
Are you going to have fun this year, or is going to be boring?

Re: Thanksgiving

i really dont like thanksgiving
i hate turkey and ham and gravy and all that stuff so im probably not going to eat much
but now that i think about it since my aunt lives with us now this thankgiving is probably going to have some decent food as opposed to the last few years
all the past years my cousins and aunt (not the one i was talking about above) and uncle came to our house and cooked disgusting food (my grandma cooked some stuff too but only like macaroni and turkey because she has to work on thanksgiving most of the time) and ate and watched football or something then they leave
and i usually just eat then go to my room and hide so i dont have to pretend to enjoy their company
but i come downstairs for pie time
if i dont get downstairs within ten minutes after they start cutting the pie then chances are theyre going to have eaten it all by the time i get there

so yeah thanksgiving is usually very boring for me

Re: Thanksgiving

I like ham better....but we're gonna have that on Christmas. Turkey is okay though. I usually stuff myself with rolls, cranberries sauce, and Sunday salad (Jello with carrots and pineapple. Little children beware).  smile  The rest of the day is pretty boring. If it's actually cold this Thursday (a stupid warm front blew in from the coast last night  sad ), I'll probably run around the yard and enjoy the thin, not-humid air.

I like ham better too. Turkey can be plain sometimes. I still love turkey, I just really love ham.  smile
