How do you make levels

Ive made a game with 2 levels but when the sprite gets to the flag it just starts level 1 again when i want it to go to level 2...

Have a broadcast sent called Level Two.  Have stuff for level two show when this broadcast is recieved.

Minecraft, Redwall, and Cyberchase fan, and PROUD.
