Scratch

When I view any project online,  it automatically cuts off an inch at the right hand side of the project and an inch of the bottom of the project. This doesn't let me click important buttons in games, it limits abilities, it doesn't allow me to see important messages, and sometimes even makes it impossible for me to play sometimes. How do I fix this? (I can't see if my stuff works online, too) It gets EXTREMELY annoying.
