Many people post forum threads in a category where it will not be seen, but they want it to be viewed by lots of people.
For example, someone might post a topic about help with a feature of Scratch in the Requests forum. Anyways, here are some tips about where to post.
1. Look at what forum you are posting your thread in and decide if it belongs there or not before you post.
2. Look at the description of the forum you are posting in. For example:Example Forum Description
New Scratch Members
This is a forum to welcome new Scratchers to the community. Please post helpful information for new Scratch Members here.3. If you create a thread, and it is not being viewed, you might want to double-check that the forum you are posting in is the right forum. If you think that it is not in the right forum, report the first post in that thread asking a moderator to move the topic to a different forum.
4. Miscellaneous is always an option. If your thread does not seem like it would fit in any other category, or it is not directly Scratch-related, you might want to put it in Miscellaneous.
5. If you try all the steps above and you still don't know where to put it, you may want to ask a moderator which forum your thread should go in.
I hope this helps!

No, don't make a post asking to move, just report the first post and in the report put "move to [insert forum here]"
