[change 'variable' by (1) ] block error...

If you drag any reporter block into the #slot() of the: [change 'variable' by (1) ] ,and then remove the reporter from the #slot() the #slot() will have (10) in it instead.

That's pretty interesting. My guess is that 10 is the default for those numbers-only fields, and when you remove the reporter block it changes to that. Just a guess, of course.


I'm taking a break from Scratch until 2.0 comes out. Any messages sent between then and now probably won't be read - sorry.

Yep. 10 is the default for it, it's in the programming somewhere.....I'll look for it. But it's set to 1 when you go to the variable palate.
