Something like CYOB for scratch 2.0

I think that something like Panther's CYOB would be nice to have in scratch. That way, if somebody needed a block, they could make one that would work without hacking. That block would work in other people's scratches, and not appear as an obsolete block,too. There would be no more "scratch should have the ______ block" threads. I'd say something more along the lines of the BYOB block editor, CYOB is too advanced.
