Yeah, I don't use autotune. I don't sing either, but that's irrelevant.

there's no point in flagging, because if the ST doesn't want to remove it, they won't. I got mad because someone stole my project a couple years ago. I tried flagging, but I just got a message saying that remixing was encouraged. Frankly, you should just ask them to give credit and for them to at least change something.

It's nice to remind new users that they should really be adding their own ideas to projects rather than just uploading an exact copy.  If they continue to do that...or it looks like they are trying to claim credit for the complete project, then by all means, flag the project and explain the situation to the Scratch Team in the text box that pops up. 

Remixing *is* encouraged...but exact copying and denying credit is not.
