Please help. Thank you in advance

Please help.  I'm making a game, but the intro requires a Homer Simpson voice saying: "The US is in a state of national emergency." And a news reporter saying: "We just managed to get some of the people out of the campsite before it burned up."  Thank you in advance.  I'm not able to give you any gems/credits/coins, or to do a good drawing, but please, still help me out.

     edit: I could do a pokefusion but it wouldn't be very good.
