Once you become a Scratcher, you can use this to make a signature.

You can just use Paint 

If you mean pictures that are links, something like this would work:

[ url = www.google.com.au ] [img] imagehoster.com/s98dyruihujwefusidfjkdsfiosoyeiru [ /img ] [ /url ]

paint is a program that allows you to draw pictures on the computer for example, i used paint for my project ( i paint first then save on your computer ).you can use it if you have it on your computer. u can use it if you have it ( paint is not part of scratch ).    Good Luck

i am still confused i need to have like... step to step how to get on....                      (  A couple minutes later......: Omg! i just found out i can't have the images becuase i am a new scratcher! ughhhhhhh {sigh}    oh well...
