That guy has awesome drawing skills!
Anyway, this is obvious it isn't some cheap "OMG MY DOG DIEDZ" youtube video, it's a serious video looking at the motivation of humans. I want to check out the guy's other videos.
Note:No, I'm not discriminating. If you watch the video, it's obvious the narrator is a guy.

It makes perfect sense. Finding the middle ground between profit, employee comfort and awards, and mastering the given business can be monumental for any country.
