Linux on a 64 bit system

i know its possible i just need a detailed explanation on how to make it happen. Running Ubuntu 10.10

oh sorry now that i read my post it doesn't make any sense but i want to know how to install scratch on a 64 bit Linux system i know it can be done i just dont know how

Oh, ok. I'm not familiar with Linux, but I found a page on getting Scratch for Linux to install on a 64-bit system.

Scratch on Linux wrote:
