There are probably many ways to put links to your Scratch projects on your website.
The approach that I used at http://www.dickbaldwin.com/homeschool/Hs10000.htm#Figure_1 seems to work pretty well. This approach allows you to post a static image taken from your project along with a convenient link to the executable project on your web page.
You should be able to view and replicate my HTML source, drilling down and plugging in your information where appropriate.
Be sure to tell the viewer to stop the project before continuing. Having several Scratch applets running at the same time in the same computer can be detrimental to the viewing quality.
