Any time an ampersand (&) is typed in project notes or title, it shows up as something like

&

Any way of fixing this other than retyping?

Any time a hyperlink with the http:// at the beginning is posted in the project notes, it creates two links, one which works, and one which doesn't. Also, if you link to a project, then go back and edit the notes, the a href tags are visible, and do not go away after pressing ok. Sometimes multiple a href tag sets appear if a person has edited more tahn once.
