Illogic in Video Games, Comics, and Anime.

Lets face it, these things wouldn't work at all in real life. I always like to point out things that don't really make sense in them. Like for example, in Anime and some games, why do the characters yell out what attack they're doing? Why don't their enemy's take advantage of this and dodge because they know what they're going to do? Anyway, what others can you guys come up with?
