What does this mean?

When I was uploading my Rock Band project and I got this error; "Failed: Socket status must Unconnected before opening a new connection"
What the heck does this mean?

Lets see, opening a new connection.... That probably has something to do with your internet. i would suggest making sure you have an internet connection before trying to upload a project.
