Adding Music...?

Is there a simple way to import music from iTunes into my projects? When I look in the Itunes folder, I get computer speak files, and I can't import music files from my desktop :`(
Umm... I know this is kinda vague, but please help. Thanks in advance!

Try to convert the files to .wav format.

On the song in iTunes, right click and select "Create mp3 version." Then import the song into Scratch.

Well when I right click all I can find is 'create AAC version' but that doesn't show up anywhere in the import folders...

Then it's probably already an mp3.

I have followed the instructions and have the song i want to play on my desktop.  How do i get that song to my stage in scratch?
