Have a picture in your file, press change picture, select a pohto, and wala!

Exactly what do you want? If you want an avatar (icon), just click on change picture and upload a picture from your computer. If you want a signature (the text beneath your posts), you have to wait 15 days. Then you can go to the Profile tab above the posts, and choose personality. There you can enter a signature.

First you have to download the actual Scratch program. If you haven't done that yet, log out and click on the download button on the home page.

Hey Catdude4117, sounds like you want some new material to work with in Scratch.
Here's a thread that lists some topics about where to get more interesting music and/or images for your projects.
And here's a place where Scratcher upload stuff for other Scratchers to use.
And if you can't still find what you want, feel free to ask in the Requests forum.
