Anyway, I wanted to go work on my animation and then, it's not reading the file and how it's saying,'key not found'.
Here's a screenshot:
Sucks since I spent at least a two hours on my animation and finally had an hour-worth. ;__;
I think I didn't save properly, but then again I'm not really sure myself.

I seem to recall this problem coming up a while ago. I think it can be caused by exiting Scratch before it has finished saving the file. I don't know of any way to recover from that error. Your file is probably corrupt. Anybody have any suggestions?
It's really important to make sure that the file is saved properly before exiting. Make sure that the Save button returns to the light gray color before exiting.

I think I didn't save the file right because it was late and I wanted to get off my computer. I do have a back-up file, so it's not really a problem, I just wanted to know what they means so I wouldn't have the same problems again.
Thank you!

It's an indication of a corrupt or incompatible file. It sometimes happens to me when I use an old memory stick and am too impatient to use the "safe remove" feature. Also it occurs when you try to open an incompatible project file in Scratch, e.g. a file created by some other program (like Flash) and renamed to *.sb or *.sprite.
