I think it would be cool if you were able to change the look of the talk balloons that appear from the " say..." blocks.  Sometimes it would really fit a theme better.  Changing font within these balloons would be useful as well.  I realize that sprites could be made to look like custom talk balloons, but it would be much more convenient and efficient to just be able to use the block.  Just a suggestion.
