Chrome logo = Windows twisted?

I just realized that both chrome and windows logo have these colours:
red
yellow
green
blue!

Chrome is actually the Windows symbol rolled up tight into a ball. I suppose it symbolizes... dunno. Less size to the Windows=less lag=the speed that Chrome is famous for?
