Windows, it is better for programming. And, Microsoft cares about users' privacy. Oh, and programming in VBS or CMD/BAT is easier for me now, of course.

Come on, try Broadcastic OS 2.0. It has 3 editions for businesses, media, and home. Also, there's Broadcastic OS Metro Edition Release Candidate.
Catnip, a project whose goal is to make Scratch in HTML and JS.

It is my Scratch OS (please look at it)
