I'm not quite very completely super very that much sure what you mean, but there's a "go to front" block which makes the sprite you're using it with go to the front of all the other sprites.

Don't forget the "go back _ layers" block. Generally, you can tell a sprite to go to a specific layer by using "go to front" and then "go back _ layers".
