o.k scratch is NOT meant for runescape i heard it before
however...scratch is a place to make projects and on here i am advertising projects so this post is NOT off-topic.

on runescape there is a character limit for your posts so it is very hard to make a good guide and my parents will not let me make a site for it so scratch is the next best thing smile

I know you are trying to make it "on-topic", but I don't think (personally) that adding projects makes it on-topic. You are advertising Runescape, not Scratch projects. You just happened to include some in there. Personally, I think it should be closed. But that's for a moderator to decide

i was going to make the guide but they are calling for really bad thunderstorms and a tornado/twister a few miles away from where i live

Lucky. I used to play and I often read those guides. Never worked because they were all geared torwards members and I had no patience. Hope these work!
