Link to a project from outside the Scratch website
A new panel has been added to the project page that gives you the code for you to post your projects on another website.
If you have a blog on sites such as Wordpress or Blogger try the "Embed as an image" option.
If you have full control of the HTML code of your website, you can embed the applet. For example:
http://amh.scratchr.org/embed.html
Also, we now have a way for you to share a link to your project in Facebook, Deli.cio.us, Digg, and Reddit.
Thanks to AngelEyra for contributing this new and exciting feature.

We think we're going to remove the code (for now) because of an IE bug.

Please post here if you are having trouble with any of the new features. While IE is throwing some errors it does work, so we are keeping the new features.

Two things:
1) I have a "contest" on my blog. Good luck finding it 
2) Here is a sample of the embed code on wordpress.

The code from the 'As an applet' box contains:
value='http://scratch.mit.edu/static/projects/xxx/xxx.sb'
but the scratch.mit.edu/pages/embed page says:
value="../../static/projects/xxx/xxx.sb"
and for me, the SECOND version works.
Any similar experiences?
(I used an html file on my hard disc both with Firefox and Explorer 7.)

What programming language are you using? How can i contribute? I just finished designing [URL to website edited out] and [URL to website edited out] in css and php. Also, working on [URL to website edited out], which is business social networking.

bobhope, is your question about what programming language we are using to develop the website? We used PHP.

On my blog(link in sig), I tried using it as an applet but it doesn't work. So I use it for a more about this project link. Also, say that it did work. Would it count as a view on your project?

this feature is very handy for embedding your projects.(they are JS based)
