I keep trying to upload a project but it keeps failing. A mesage comes up saying
Failed: unable to upload scratch file, might be to big. I don't even know what that means is it talking about scratch itself or the project. To fix it should I try deleting sprites or scripts? Or will it fix on its own? Someone please help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There is a maximum file size of 10 Mb for projects that can be uploaded to the web. If your project has a lot of music or sound files or large images, the size can get big pretty fast. The sizes of all the sound files and costumes are shown in Scratch. Take a look and see what you are using. You can also try compressing sounds and images, it's an option off the Extras menu.

Yes, for all of my projects I compress it to the smallest file size because theres almost no difference in quality and there is much less lag. For Images though, if you compress them to much the colors can get distorted. If you have any sensing of colors beware.

When ever I try to download a project it always gets stuck on 'Data sent. Waiting for response...' I've left it up for hours to see if it just need to wait, but it never moved on.
