well to upload there is a share button and when you click it it says do yuo want to upload this to the scratch website so you click yes and it ask's your username and password to verify and then its on scratch

The way I learned was by putting together little games like one where you are a red dot dodging green dots and whatnot and over time they got bigger and bigger and bigger. You should try making a simple project like a multiplayer tag game, then add a main menu, a mini game, a credits screen, and anything else you can think of and vuala! you have a reasonably good first project.

IM currently making an rpg and im sort of succeding. I just need to know how to make my character go through different slides by going through this portal sort of thing.

Oh well, I'll just answer the question.

You can use a script such as this on your main character:

When Flag Clicked
Forever
If <touching color [colorofportal] OR <touching portal>
Broadcast nextslide

and this on the stage:

When I receive nextslide
Next costume OR switch to costume ---
