Nope, sadly there's no Expert Scratcher. 
(unless you count moderators)
It really depends on your activity level. If you're active on the forums and the main site, it shouldn't take more than a month.
You signed up in August, but you only have 9 posts. Try to be a little more active and you'll definitely be upgraded soon!
I'm taking a break from Scratch until 2.0 comes out. Any messages sent between then and now probably won't be read - sorry.
