When you see cheddargirl on the forums, right click and save her picture, then hover your mouse over it in Windows explorer and it will tell you the dimensions and type of image file it is

Or, even better: If you're using Mozilla Firefox, right click the image and select 'Properties'. That will open up a window with all the pic's schematics - no saving needed to find the dimensions.
And the image is 431 by 86 pixels.
