It's because of the different time zones. If you cant wait to the end of 2010 then you are not the right person for the job. You need to be persistant, one of the main traits seen in a moderator that you are clearly lacking right now sad

Yep. I'm just brushing of a few more guides, and then you can have access to it. The layout is more clearer and so is changing your avatar and so on etc;
