Accounts being blocked without a warning first
[removed] got rude replies and got angry. She didn't use any foul language but someone flagged her and her account was blocked. She didn't get a warning, i don't think what she did was all that bad. [removed] was giving her a hard time, along with me and removed.

Just to let you guys know, this doesn't quite present a clear picture of how this works. We don't ban without warning (except in extreme cases). We do block when Scratchers get in flame wars, or try to encourage others to get in flame wars. Unless it's happened a bunch of times before, these blocks are temporary. The account owner just needs to contact us to sort it all out.
Help Scratchers make the leap to 2.0!
