No Sonic fan in the world doesn't love it; especially the insanity and demonic voice that Shadow screams it in.

'Chaos Blast' is part of the game Shadow the Hedgehog.

In the game, Shadow has two Gauges; a Hero Gauge and a Dark Gauge. By doing a Dark or Heroic deed, he can raise the energy in those Gauges. After filling them to the brim, he can use the Hero ability (Chaos Control) or the Dark ability (Chaos Blast).

During Gameplay

Common Gameplay:

When the Hero Gauge is full, Shadow will light up bright blue and say: "Behold, the ultimate power!"

When Shadow uses Chaos Control, he will fly/hover over (or through) obstacles to get to the finish line. However, his energy in the Gauge will be used up and he will stop dead when the gauge runs out.

Shadow using Chaos Control in Gameplay:

When Shadow's Dark Gauge is full, he will light up red and shout:

"Death to all who oppose me!"

When using Chaos Blast, he will slowly and with increasing power say: "Chaos..." and unleash a spherical shape of red energy, which obliterates all obstacles and enemies within range of the energy wave while screaming: "BLAST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

Reason to make it a meme:
Chaos Blast is a fun and easy-to-remember term that can express annoyance or anger against another person.

Ex:

User1: So I posted the picture of you and your mom holding hands all over the Internet.
User2: Chaos... BLAST!!!!

I like the term and use it often in school and I repeat it to myself randomly sometimes.
