If it was a case of where the user was making money off a copy of PacMan, then I would support Namco's side. But here is a case where a recreation of Namco's PacMan falls under the Fair Use clause. I think it's rather unfair that Namco attacks a kid who makes no money off of sharing his PacMan recreation instead of attacking the Flash versions of PacMan out there on the internet that blatantly violate copyright law.

Actually, re-reading cheddargirl's post, I'm kinda neutral, in the fact that you completley ignored my reply to her post(the one with the free pac-man rom), and I think she's right, but you, you just said people can have their opinions, then said "goodbye". How hypocritical(note that I'm not mad at all, but if a flame war starts, I'll take responsibity for it). But anyway, even though 124scratch isn't making money off of this, it's still un-lawful.
