Scratch

Ok, I just downloaded Python because my dad wants me to write a program that asks "x" amount of questions (He'll give them to me) and then stores the answers with a name (i think that's his plan).  After that, I somehow have to make it so it's emailable and doesn't open to the code.  Eventually, it has to go on a website (not sure if it would already be created or if that would have to be written too), and then have all the test answers stored forever (I'm guessing).  Anyone else know anything about Python or know a great sight for things like this?
