Pull or push

Using a motor that spins at 1000 rpms would it be more effective to have the blades able to pull the object or push, i say pull... Im designh a model spy plane  tongue  i have my bluprints and everything just need to buy the stuff

It depends if it's clockwise or counter clockwise.
You need to use a microscope lens & light to magnify the picture.
