... it's technically possible to make a paradox out of any sentence? I was checking my friend's facebook wall, and I realized that most of his posts were, or could be easily made into through theoretical/philosophical questions, paradoxes.

In theory, every thing is a paradox, for if it wasn't, then wouldn't we understand everything? We do not understand how the world was created! So tell me is not what i'm writing here a paradox, for isn't it a wonder how this was even typed?

Everything sends binary code to the computer and returns back as something that a human can understand. However, what happens if you type in binary code? Then you get the exact same binary code back. I'm not even sure if thats a paradox or a meaningless puzzle. Or both.

Not really. We really just don't know for sure how the world was created, so it's more of a lack of knowledge than a paradox.
